Lead/Senior Fabricator

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Fabricator to join our team. As a Senior Fabricator, you will lead the fabrication of custom wood products, demonstrating mastery in woodworking techniques and a dedication to producing high-quality craftsmanship. This position requires strong leadership abilities, technical expertise, and a commitment to excellence in every aspect of wood fabrication.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a high-end production furniture studio.

• Proficiency in creating finished products, designing necessary jigs, and the systemization of operations.

• Ability to operate large-scale furniture production tools, including CNC machines.

• Skilled in maintaining and calibrating tools on a scheduled basis.

• Capable of overseeing and executing multiple large-scale purchase orders concurrently.

• Responsibilities include intermitent offsite installation of millwork and built in furniture.

• Able to train and manage fabricators.

Junior Fabricator

This entry-level position offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and grow within our company.

• Assist senior fabricators in interpreting and following detailed cabinet designs and specifications.

• Cut, shape, and assemble wood and other materials using hand tools and woodworking machinery.

• Learn and apply basic woodworking techniques to fabricate cabinet components and furniture parts.

• Support the assembly process by sanding, staining, and finishing wood surfaces as directed.

• Maintain a clean and organized workspace to ensure safety and efficiency.

• Collaborate with team members to meet production deadlines and quality standards.

• Responsibilities include intermitent offsite installation of millwork and built in furniture.

• Follow company policies and procedures regarding workplace safety and product quality.
